6. Copyrights and Trademarks Related to Your Content

You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, the right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party. By placing an order, you warrant that you have the legal authority to do so.
7. Design and Artwork Specifications
Please adhere to our specifications for submitting design files to ensure proper processing. You are responsible for the quality and accuracy of any artwork you provide. We may provide a proof for your approval. Once approved, you are responsible for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, and image placement. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee exact color matching due to variations in monitors and printing processes.
8. Refund Policy
iPackU does not offer refunds. However, claims for defective or incorrect products must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. After 3 days, refund requests are not accepted. We may consider reprints under specific circumstances for errors caused directly by iPackU, subject to review and verification.
9. Payment, Orders & Cancellations
Payments are made at the time of order placement. Customers approve product drafts before production. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, and you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
10. No Liability for Errors
While iPackU ensures precision, it is not liable for issues such as grammatical errors, missing fonts, die lines, crop marks, or overprints in the final product if these were present in the approved proof or due to unforeseen circumstances in the production process.
11. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production speed is selected during order placement. Typical shipping time is 8–10 days. iPackU is not responsible for shipping delays or product damage during transit. We will provide tracking information when available, but any issues during shipping should be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iPackU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iPackU, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website or using our services through your account.
