Refund and Cancellation Policy
iPackU is committed to deliver nothing but the best. We excel in providing our customers with the best online custom packaging solutions. We believe that our customers are our bloodline, so we keep striving to make their experience with iPackU memorable. iPackU offers 77 plus categories of packaging boxes which are all customizable and can be customized according to your brand needs and requirements. iPackU ensures to stick to its motto “Deliver nothing but the best”, however in case of unforeseen circumstances or in any case you’re not happy with the products you get in regard to quality issues, we offer an exchange within 3 working days of the order delivery.
Conditions for product return
iPackU does not entertain any returning products other than quality issues caused by printing. In order to claim a return, the validity period is 3 working days after the order delivery. The products shall not be shipped back to iPackU without approval of the request by the customer service department. Since our products are highly customized and made according to each customer’s desire, the products cannot be resold to any other party.
How to file a request / Return Product:
- File a request with the customer service department at orders@ipacku.com.
- A customer service representative will reach out to you in 1 or 2 working days.
- If your request is approved for a refund or secondary inspection, you will be allotted with a query tracking ID for further processing.
- Once approved and evaluated, iPackU will refund the amount to the customer’s online bank account.
Please return all delivered products including samples and invoice using the Return Label otherwise your return will not be entertained by iPackU.
When & How will I get my money back?
In case of a refund due to whatever reasons that qualify as a refund, iPackU will refund the evaluated amount to the customer’s online bank account within 8-10 working days. For partial refunds, iPackU will refund the amount that qualifies.
