Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting the iPackU Shipping Policy page. iPackU adheres to the following shipping policies to make your experience pleasurable.

  1. iPackU offers a variety of different production turnaround times depending on the product and quantity.
  2. Turnaround times can be selected while placing orders.
  3. iPackU offers free shipping services across the USA, Canada, UK & Europe. However, we can charge minimal charges for shipping services out of these countries.
  4. The estimated delivery date will depend on the turnaround time of your product production and the shipping duration combined.
  5. Production time will start after getting the final approval of the design file from the client. After getting the finalized design final production time will start and from here it will take 8 to 10 working days for shipping. So, Shipping Time will be 8 to 12 working days after final approval of design file.
  6. After shipping the package, we will share shipping details like ‘Tracking ID’ with the client.
  7. Once the order has been finalized the turnaround time and billing will not be changed.

iPackU strictly follows the shipping rules however in some of the below cases, the customer should be aware of our more policies.

  • Group shipping may add at least one additional day to your chosen turnaround time.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Be advised delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • The customer is responsible if he has provided the wrong address. If the package is not delivered yet, then we will ask the shipping company to re-route to the new address.
  • In case of package is already delivered to the given address and customer wants to ship it to new address then customer will pay for the upcoming expenses of shipping to the new address.
  • If a shipment goes unclaimed or there is no one at the given address to receive the shipment, then customer will pay for the storage expenses by the shipping company.

iPackU is not responsible for:

  • Delays occurred by shipping companies.
  • Delays due to unavoidable weather or political issues.
  • Delays because of Government Authorities like Customs Department Etc.
